Inspire Tech Canada exists because the jobs of the future require skilled trades and the bright YOUTH today focused in STEM will be the key people to fill these roles. These in demand skilled trade workers will require some form of STEM on their resume. Currently industry statistics indicate that almost half of the jobs in demand require the candidate to have a healthy percentage of STEM credentials.

Students of today pursuing STEM have a number of challenges facing them. Not just financially. Access to the advanced programs to further their STEM interests, knowing the right people in the key places and timing are all known factors to succeed today. Providing the YOUTH focused in STEM today with access to private and public sector funding resources makes sense; giving them guidance and the means to stay on the STEM path will make a real difference long term.
